How do I start using Pipefy AI?

• Each Pipefy plan includes an initial allocation of monthly AI credits, which are similar to those used for Pipefy Automation (Jobs), Integration (Tasks), and API (Calls). • Included credits per plan are described in our pricing page. • Should you require additional AI credits beyond the initial allocation, they can be purchased separately to accommodate your needs.

Who can use it?

• AI credits are utilized when authorized individuals configure and use the AI features:       ‣ AI Automation: These can only be configured by pipe administrators and are utilized by pipe members, ensuring controlled setup and efficient task execution.
      ‣ AI Agent: Configuration of AI Agent is restricted to super administrators, while usage is available to eligible users with access to designated channels such as Slack, Teams, and Pipefy portals
      ‣ AI Co-pilot: This feature is enabled by default and is accessible to all members of the organization, promoting widespread adoption and utilization.

How many credits do I get and what can I do with them?

• Out-of-the-box credits depend on your plan. Examples of usage include building workflows, performing process analyses, contract analyses, data extractions, and answering employee questions. With 500 AI credits, you can approximately: • Build 100 workflows using the Builder Co-pilot (e.g., setting up new workflows for HR onboarding) • Perform 100 process performance analyses and improvement recommendations using the Analytics Co-pilot (e.g., analyzing process lead times by category, SLA attainment by agent, work distribution by agent, etc.) • Execute 250 contract analyses using AI Automation (e.g., legal department reviewing contracts) • Conduct 250 data extractions using AI Automation (e.g., extracting invoice data for the finance department) • Answer 500 employee questions using AI Agent (e.g., HR answering PTO and benefits questions) • Create 500 tickets using AI Agent (e.g., IT department processing service requests)

Do AI credits roll over each month?

AI credits are available on a monthly basis and do not roll over. If you’re interested in purchasing a plan with much higher credit limits with credit limits that extend over an annual period, contact our team to learn more about our Enterprise AI offerings.

Can I cancel Pipefy AI?

Yes, you can disable Pipefy AI by contacting our support team directly through the platform.

Where can I see my AI credit usage?

Super admins can monitor the usage of AI credits within their organization through the Admin Panel. This feature provides detailed insights into the consumption of AI credits, allowing for effective management and optimization

How is Pipefy AI built?

• Pipefy AI is an advanced artificial intelligence solution that leverages OpenAI’s LLM models – specifically the OpenAI GPT-4 API, a private LLM – to provide cutting-edge natural language processing capabilities. • Integration with Pinecone’s vector databases enables the implementation of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) techniques, optimizing the search and processing of contextual information. • Additionally, we use advanced agent-building systems that allow for the creation of intelligent agents capable of performing complex tasks and sophisticated interactions, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of automated processes within Pipefy.

How does Pipefy ensure the security of my data?

Pipefy adopts strict security protocols to ensure the protection of data when using AI. This includes data encryption in transit (TLS 1.2 and higher) and the use of anonymization techniques to ensure sensitive data remains inviolable. Additionally, Pipefy establishes data processing agreements (DPA) that guarantee compliance with international data protection laws, providing a level of security that meets the demands of companies that, like us, take this matter seriously.

How is my data used and protected?

No data is used for training. The data related to your company is sent to the AI and used only in real-time, in accordance with our zero data retention (ZDR) policy, without any data being retained in the LLM models. This prevents any permanent learning mechanism, ensuring that data is not stored or distributed, thereby preserving the confidentiality and security of your company’s information.
